Join our maintenance team and control your own success through innovation and commitment in a family atmosphere. You will be trained on all aspects of powder metal manufacturing and working on cutting-edge Swiss and American presses from 2 ton to 1100 tons.
Here are some of the things you will do:
Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation
variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
Dismantle defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of
machinery and equipment.
Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, repair
and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment.
Install, program, and repair automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers.
Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts,
jigs and fixtures, and tools.
Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
Fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions, and other structures.
Maintain accurate machine status and inventory of parts needed for repairs
Experience Requirements:
High level of proficiency in machining, welding, electrical, schematics and wiring. Hydraulic and air cylinder repair experience. Strong Mechanical aptitude required

Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools.
Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
Maintain accurate machine status, inventory and spare part reordering.
Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures.
Provide work instruction, training and supervision to maintenance personnel.
At all times exercise safe machining practices and workplace safety.
QUALIFICATIONS: High level of proficiency in machining, welding, electrical, schematics and wiring. Hydraulic and air cylinder repair experience. Minimum of 2 years in maintenance preferred.
